Hot Giggity is dedicated to streamlining the gig booking process for venues.
With our "Duplicate Booking" feature, you can effortlessly clone any booking, regardless of its status. This is especially handy for rebooking completed events.
In this guide, we'll demonstrate how to duplicate a completed booking, but remember, the same workflow is applicable for all bookings.
You can duplicate bookings either from the Calendar, the My Gigs page, or the Booking Station.
1. Duplicating Bookings from the Calendar.
Navigate to the Calendar.
Click on the completed booking (light grey) you would like to duplicate. This will open the booking summary popup screen.
Clicking 'Duplicate Booking' will copy all of the details of the booking including the act, and create a new Draft Booking. By default, the booking date will be today's date.
Change the booking date, and then scroll to the bottom of the booking sheet and click ' Process Booking'. This will open the booking summary popup with 'Save as Draft' checked by default.
At this stage, you can either save the booking as a draft, or check 'Notify Act' to send the booking request to the artist.
Click 'Process Booking' will send the booking and take you back to the My Gigs page where you will see the booking request with the status 'Sent to Act'. Note: Be sure to use the Date filter so that you are looking at the right month.
2. Duplicating Bookings from the My Gigs page.
Navigate to the My Gigs Page and select the 'Completed Gigs' tab, making sure to use the date filter to select the month you are wanting to work with.
Next click on the 'Actions' button next to the booking you would like to duplicate. This will show the option to duplicate the booking. Clicking this will take you through the same steps as previously described above.
3. Duplicating Bookings from the Booking Station.
Navigate to the Booking Station being sure to select the venue and month you are wanting to work with.
Click on the completed booking you would like to duplicate. This will show the popup summary for this booking. Clicking 'Duplicate Booking' will take you through the same steps as previously described above.
