Duplicating Bookings

Modified on Mon, 19 Feb at 5:10 PM

Hot Giggity is dedicated to streamlining the gig booking process for artists and entertainers.

With our "Duplicate Booking" feature, you can effortlessly clone any booking, regardless of its status. This is especially handy for rebooking completed events.

In this guide, we'll demonstrate how to duplicate an upcoming booking, but remember, the same workflow is applicable for all bookings regardless of their status.

You can duplicate bookings either from the Calendar, the My Gigs page, or the Booking Station.

1. Duplicating Bookings from the Calendar.

Navigate to the Calendar.

Click on the booking you would like to duplicate.  This will open the booking summary popup screen.

Clicking 'Duplicate Booking' will copy all of the details of the booking including the act, and create a new Draft Booking.  By default, the booking date will be today's date and the booking will be saved as a Draft.

You can then change all of the required information.  Once this is done, scroll to the bottom of the booking sheet and click Update Booking.

You will then be taken through the steps to notify bandmates (if applicable) and notify the client / hirer.

If you are not yet ready to complete these steps, you can access the booking at any time from your Calendar or My Gigs / Draft Bookings.

2. Duplicating Bookings from the My Gigs section.

Navigate to My Gigs, and then select the tab for the booking you would like to duplicate.

Clicking Actions will then show you the option to Duplicate Booking.

You will then be shown a confirmation pop-up.

Clicking Duplicate will then open a duplicate of the booking with all details prefilled. You can then change the required information and Update the booking as outlined above.
