When you send a booking request, the artist receives a notification via the Hot Giggity mobile app, and via email.
Every now and again, an artist may miss this notification or forget to respond.
In those instances, you have the ability to resend the booking request. The booking request reminder will be sent via the Hot Giggity mobile app notification, and via email.
To send a booking request reminder, follow the instructions below.
1. Click on My Gigs in the main nav.
2. Select the Booking Request tab. By default, the current month is shown. Use the date filter to select the required time period.
3. On the booking request, click 'Actions'.
4. Click 'Resend booking request'. You will be shown a confirmation that the booking request reminder has been sent.
