Inviting Agents to Manage Your Venue Bookings

Venues are able to invite agents to manage bookings on your behalf. 

The process for this is outline in this article.

1. In the main menu, go to Manage / My Agents.

2. Click Add Agent. This will open the agency invite pop-up.

3. You can search for an agent. If the agent is already on the platform, they will appear in the search results.  Select the agency. Select the venue(s) you would like them to book on your behalf.  You can then also select the days of the week that you would like to give them access to book. This allows you to have multiple agents booking the same venue on different days of the week.  You can also add a message and then click 'Invite'.

Once the agent is invited, they will appear in the Pending Requests section. You will be notified when they have accepted your invitation. 

4. If the agent you are wanting to invite is not yet on the platform, you will be shown the option, 'No user found - Click to Invite'.

5. Click this will then allow you to enter the agents first name, last name and email address. You can then select the venues and days of the week that you would like them to book. You can optionally add a message and then click 'Invite'.  After hitting invite, the agent will be shown in the Pending Request section.  

The agent will be sent an email letting them know that you have invited them to manage bookings at your venue(s). You will be notified when they accept your invitation.
