Adding and Managing Your Agency Consultants

Hot Giggity allows you to add your team to the platform as 'consultants', giving them access to manage bookings for venues that you assign them to. You can add as many consultants as required. 

Inviting your consultants

1. Click on Manage in the main menu, and then click My Consultants.  This will take you to your consultant management page.

2. Click Add Consultant.  This will open the consultant invitation pop up window.  Here you can search for an existing user on the platform, or if you know they are not on the platform, simply input the consultant's email address, first and last name, and then click 'Add Consultant'.  This will send an invite email prompting your consultant to set up their profile on the platform and will show the consultant as Invited.

You will be notified when the consultant accepts the invitation.  Your consultant will now be able to create and edit bookings for the venues they have been assigned to.

Managing Venue Access for Your Consultants.

You can add or remove the consultant's access to a venue calendar at any time by going to Manage / My Consultants and then clicking Edit for the consultant you want to manage.  This will show the pop-up to edit the venues that the consultant can book.
