Use the process to add artists to your act roster who you do not have an exclusive relationship with.
Step 1: Navigate to “Manage / My Act Roster”
Start by logging into your Hot Giggity account. Head to the Manage / My Act Roster section from your dashboard. Once there, click the Add Act button to begin adding a new artist.
Step 2: Search for the Artist
In the search bar, enter the name of the act. Hot Giggity will automatically check if the artist already exists on the platform:
If the artist is not on the platform, you will see a Click to Invite option. Select this to invite the artist to join.
Step 3: Enter Artist Details
Once you click to invite, the act name will be auto-populated. You will then need to fill out additional details such as:
• Act Type (e.g., solo, band, duo)
• Lineup
• First Name and Last Name
• Email Address
After completing this, the artist will receive an invitation email with instructions to sign up on Hot Giggity. They will be guided through the sign-up process.
You’ll receive a notification once the artist accepts your invitation, and from there, you’ll be able to create bookings for them.
Adding an Existing Artist to Your Roster
If the artist already has a profile on Hot Giggity, they will appear in the search results. Clicking on the artist will display all acts associated with them (e.g., solo, duo, full band).
Select the specific act(s) you want to add to your roster. Once selected, the act will be instantly added to your Act Roster, allowing you to start creating bookings for them right away.
