Searching for Acts and Adding Them to Your Act Roster

Hot Giggity makes it easy for agents to search for acts on the platform and add them to their act roster. Follow these steps to find and connect with the right performers for your bookings.

Step 1: Access the Search Function

Select Connect (Search) from the left navigation menu. This will take you to the search interface where you can find available acts.

Step 2: Apply Filters to Find Suitable Acts

Use the available filters to refine your search based on specific requirements. Filters include:

• Profile Type: Select Act/Band to find performers.

• Lineup: Choose the number of performers required.

• Act Type: Filter by genre, style, or type of performance.

• Required Date/Time: Specify when the act is needed.

• Address & Distance: Enter a location/ venue and set a search radius to find acts within a specific area.

Step 3: View Search Results

Clicking Search will generate a list of acts that match your selected criteria.

• If an act is already on your act roster, the Add Act button will be greyed out.

• If an act is available to be added, you can proceed with inviting them to your roster.

• Click view more to load more artists

Step 4: Invite an Act to Your Roster

Clicking Add Act will open a popup where you can send an invitation message to the artist.

1. Enter a custom invitation message to introduce your agency and explain the opportunity.

2. Click Invite to send the request.

Step 5: Book an Act Directly

Clicking Book Act will open a Booking Sheet.

• The Act Details section will be pre-filled with the selected act’s information, making it easy to finalize the booking.
