Adding Acts to Your Venue Act Roster - Known Artists

Modified on Fri, 14 Jun at 5:45 PM

In order to create bookings for your artists, you will need to add them to your Venue Act Roster.

1. Go to Manage / My Act Roster and click 'Add Act'.

2. Search for the artist - When you enter the act name, the system will check if the act is already on the platform. If the act is not on the platform, you will be shown the 'Click to Invite' option.

3. The act name will be auto-populated.  Enter the Act Type, Lineup,  First Name, Last Name, and Email Address and select the venue or venues you would like to book the act in, then click invite.

The artist will be sent an email letting them know that you have invited them to your Act Roster and will then be taken through the profile setup wizard.

We have created the platform in a similar way to Facebook where a performer has a Personal Profile, and then an Act Profile, which is like their Facebook page for their act.  This allows the artist to have multiple acts if required.  It is the Act Profile that is added to your Act Roster.

The setup wizard will take the performer through setting up their Personal Profile and Act Profile.  To save time, all of the details entered in the Personal Profile will be copied into their Act profile.

You will receive a notification once the artist has accepted your invitation and you will then be able to create bookings for this act.

4. If the artist already has a profile on the platform, they will be shown as a search result.

Clicking on the artist will then show the acts for that artist.  For example, if the artist has a solo or duo, full band etc, they will all be shown in the Act List.

Select the act(s) that you are wanting to add.  Next select the venue(s) you want to add the artist to and click invite.

The act will be instantly added to your roster and you can then go ahead and create bookings for that artist.
