Manage General Social Posts - Including Posts to Venues' Social Channels

Hot Giggity makes it simple to create and schedule social media posts directly to your own or a venue’s Facebook and Instagram channels—no need to log into Meta! Follow these steps to publish your content seamlessly.

Before using this feature, ensure your social media channels are connected. For guidance on this process, refer to this this support article.

Please note - in order for a venue to give you access to post on their social channels, the venue must have a paid account. Please contact [email protected] you require further information about this.

Step 1: Access the Social Media Posting Tool

Navigate to the Promote section from the left-hand menu.
Now select the General Social Posts tab
Select Create Social Post to start composing your content.

Step 2: Compose Your Post

Enter the Subject for internal reference (this will not be visible in the post).
Set the Schedule Date and Time for when you want the post to go live.
Choose the Social Profile Setting from the dropdown menu. If you have been given access to manage a venue's social media posts, you can select the appropriate profile (e.g., My Agency Setting, Hot Giggity Burleigh).
Write your Post Content including any event details, call-to-action, and hashtags.
Add a Photo by uploading from your device (recommended 1:1 ratio for best display on Instagram)

Step 3: Choose Your Platforms

Select Facebook and/or Instagram under Select Social Channels to determine where the post will be published.
Preview your post in the Instagram Feed Preview section on the right side to ensure formatting looks good for both platforms.

Step 4: Schedule or Publish

Click Schedule to set a specific date and time for the post to go live.
If you want the post to go out immediately, click the dropdown arrow next to Schedule and select Post Now.
