When it comes to invoicing, many agencies use a legal entity that is different from their trading entity.
Hot Giggity solves this problem by allowing you to set a legal entity for your incoming invoices from artists, and another legal entity for your outgoing invoices to clients and venues.
To set these entities, follow the steps below.
1. Navigate to Manage / My Profile / Financial.
2. Setting Your Outgoing Invoice Legal Entity
To set a legal entity for your Outgoing invoices to venues and clients, turn on the toggle "Set legal entity for outgoing invoices". This will now display fields for you to enter the required information and hit Save. This entity will now be shown on your outgoing invoices as the 'From' entity.
2. Setting Your Incoming Invoice Legal Entity:
To set a legal entity for your Incoming invoices from your artists, turn on the toggle "Set legal entity for incoming invoices". This will now display fields for you to enter the required information and hit Save. This entity will now be shown on your incoming invoices as the 'To' entity.
